1. Reduce polishing pressure, use larger whetstone or wooden strips with diamond paste, use softer felt, polishing cloth with diamond paste, reduce the difference in sand numbers between polishing and polishing processes, and check whether the hardness of the cast mold is correct .
2. When the surface part of the aluminum alloy boat is pulled out or there are fine pinholes on the surface, check whether the hardness of the cast mold is correct, reduce the difference in sand number between the grinding and polishing processes, use only 6mm and finer diamond paste, and use more 6mm is coarse ordinary polishing abrasive, Z-final optical mirror polishing, hand-polished with high-quality paper towels and diamond paste.
3. When the polished surface is not flat enough, use flat oilstone to level the surface; try to use a larger area of sandpaper, wood strips or oilstone.
4. Separate the abrasive tools with different sand numbers, and the abrasives with one sand number dedicated to one type of sanding tool, and only polish in one polishing direction. When changing the sand number, the direction must be changed to 45° or 90°. When using oil stone and sandpaper to polish, After polishing with lubricant and sandpaper, it must be cleaned and polished with diamond paste to avoid scratches during polishing.
5. Use high-quality paper towels or Selvyt cloth with diamond paste 1-KD-C2or3-KD-C2KEMET to lightly wipe the flawed areas. Do not use lubricants or solvents to gently clean the flaws on the polished mold surface.
